PLEASE READ THESE MOST IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
In an Effort to Make Your Party Run Smoothly, Please Take Some Time Out to Review the Following:
1. As was explained to when you booked your party, the price for each guest includes the following: Admission to the Session, Regular Skate Rental (Speed and In-Lines can be rented for an additional fee), A Large Slice of Pizza and a Small Soda (one per guest). Additional Snacks are available at an extra cost and can be added to your final bill. See the Above Secton on this Page for available Snacks to Add to Your Party. Bills will be settled toward the end of the session. The Price also includes White Paper Products and Plastic Ware, Invitations (that can be obtained after your deposit is received), A T-Shirt for the Birthday Person and Table Space enough to accommodate the children for the entire length of the session. Please keep in mind that the table space is reserved for the children in your party. Birthday parties will start being served about a half hour after the start of the session. An announcement will be made from the music center for your guests to go to their table(s) in the party area. The snacks and materials that we provide will be brought to your table on a cart for YOU TO SERVE YOUR GUESTS. Our host/hostess will also bring your cake and/or ice cream that you supplied to your table. As all your guests are at your table(s), SERVE YOUR CAKE AND/OR ICE CREAM AT THIS TIME. As part of the birthday party package you may bring in your own cake and/or ice cream. Other than cake and/or ice cream NO OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD, BEVERAGE, GLOW PRODUCTS, PINATAS, SILLY-STRING OR CONFETTI ARE PERMITTED INTO THE SKATING CENTER!!
ADULTS ARE ASKED TO RELINGUISH SPACE AT THE TABLE(S) TO THE CHILDREN WHILE THE SNACKS ARE BEING SERVED
PUBLIC SESSION PARTIES are HELD in the PARTY AREA and PRIVATE PARTIES are HELD in the SNACK BAR EATING AREA
2.
ADULT GUESTS: There is no charge for those adults that come in to watch the kids skate. However, if they would like to skate, they can come to the admission window and pay for their admission and skate rental. You may elect to include adults as your guest. As such, each adult will be added to your guest list and provided all of the above, at the per guest price.
3. DEPOSIT: A deposit is required to reserve your party and to obtain your invitations. (A $25 deposit for Public Session Parties and a $75 deposit for a Private Party) This deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Please Note that this deposit is only refundable up to two weeks prior to the party. the deposit is non-refundable within two weeks of the scheduled party. We will, however, be glad to reschedule the party to a time up to three months after the original party date.
4. OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
a) Our staff will be preparing the rink up until the time the session starts. Access to the rink is restricted up to 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the session.
b) Each of the party guests must be checked-in at the admission window.
c) If you would like extra snacks, let the party host/hostess know when you come in. If you can, advance notice would be appreciated. (Extra pizza could take up to 15-20 minutes during a busy session)
d) PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WITH YOU: Candles and a Plastic Bag (to hold the shoes of the kids that have their own skates). If your guests need to rent skates, we hold their shoes in the skate room.
e) IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE PREPARATION OF THE RINK FOR THE NEXT SESSION, WE WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION IN EXITING THE BUILDING AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AT THE END OF THE SESSION.
f) Our Birthday Party Crew works very hard to ensure that your party is a happy one. It would be greatly appreciated if you would consider a Tip for their services. Please leave the tip at the office when payment is made. THANK-YOU.
